  8. distribute Show Maker.  If you are a disk vendor, a BBS operator,

  16.                        MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION TERMS

  19. The shareware version of Show Maker may be distributed, as long as
  20. the following restrictions are observed:
  21.  
  22.   1.  Show Maker must be distributed in its entirety and without
  23.       any modifications.
  24.  
  25.   2.  Show Maker is NOT to be used as an enticement to purchase
  26.       another product without prior written permission from DareWare Inc.
  27.  
  28.   3.  Show Maker cannon be rented or leased.
  29.  
  30.   4.  Show Maker may not be distributed by any for-profit entity
  31.       which does not disclose the following points in their literature:
  32.  
  33.          a.  The cost paid for the evaluation shareware disks is to cover
  34.              the disk vendor's distribution and marketing costs, and does
  35.              not cover the cost of the software.
  36.  
  37.          b.  Additional payment to the author is required if the user
  38.              continues to use a shareware program beyond the 30 day
  39.              evaluation period.

  41. These restrictions apply to anyone who wishes to distribute Show Maker,
  42. including commercial disk vendors, BBS operators, user groups, or individuals.

  49. If you wish to include Show Maker in your catalog, and would like
  50. pictures of the screen, this package has several bit-map screen images in
  51. PCX format. Alternatively, feel free to capture your own screen images
  52. directly from the program.

  54. Show Maker comes on one disks, and it includes an INSTALL program.
  55. If you did NOT received your disk directly from us, please ensure that you
  56. have all the files. The files that make up Show Maker are listed at
  57. the end of this file.

  99. stands for (ZIP, ARC, LZH, etc.).

  106. If you did NOT obtain your copy of Show Maker directly from us,
  107. please check to see that the files on your disks are as listed below. If
  108. they are not, please contact us so you can obtain the proper disks (also,
  109. please tell us from where you obtained the disks, so we can supply your
  110. source with the proper disks as well).
